UK Delivery

We use  guarantee next working day delivery. All standard delivery orders are processed within 1–3 working days and you should allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive from time of purchase.

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. This is for tracking as well as proof of when an order was delivered and signed for. If your order has not arrived within the estimated working days please use the contact form to request an ‘Order Update’ by inputting that as the Subject. Once your order has been located you will be informed of its whereabouts.

When requesting an ‘Order Update’ remember to include your PayPal Receipt Number and input the email address used when placing the order.

International Delivery

The Shipping rate is dependent on the weight of the package.

Any import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges.

Any parcels that are refused due to customs charges, the customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees..
